Welcome to your F.A Davis Support Homepage! Below you'll find steps help you get started with Davis Advantage, Dosage Calc 360 and F.A. Davis eBooks.

 

Step 1: Login to D2L and access you instructor's course. Locate the Inclusive Access VitalSource link and click to access your eBook and Courseware Package for the program.

Step 2: If you haven't already, you may be prompted to create a VitalSource account. Please do so with your school (U Arizona) email address. Once you're in your Bookshelf, use the link on your UA BSN-IA or MEPN Bundle to Reveal Access Code.

 

 

Step 3: Click Continue on the right side of your screen and proceed to reveal and then Copy the Access Code.

 

 

Step 4: Return to D2L to locate and click a link to Davis Advantage.

 

 

Step 5: Click the link to load Davis Advantage in a new window, and, when prompted, enter the Access Code you just copied in the "Enter Access Code" space on the left side of the screen shown below.

 

After your access has been verified, you will be able to click links to Davis Advantage content directly from your D2L course and can begin working on Davis Advantage Assignments in the new window. You will not need to enter your Access Code again for any Davis Advantage Links. 

 

Now, return to D2L and re-load the Davis Advantage Link. Davis Advantage will open in a new browser tab or window. An example assignment is shown below: 

  

 

Step 6: Repeat steps 1-5 for Dosage Calc 360 from the Dosage Calc 360/Castillo eBook link in your course (if present).

 

 

Step 7: You will access your Davis Nursing Skills Videos and Davis Nursing Consult (resources that are not linked in D2L) via www.FADavis.com. 

 

*Note that redeeming your Access Code previously has already created you an FADavis.com account. If you are looking to view additional, non-D2L-linked resources at FADavis.com, you will need to select Log In and then "FORGOT PASSWORD" when you visit for the first time in order to set your password.

 

 

Once you've set your password, you can log in to view your MyProducts page, where you can access Skills Videos, Davis Nursing Consult, and your additional eBook resources. Note however, that you should always be using D2L as your primary access point for Davis Advantage.
