Medical Language Lab: Inclusive Access and LMS Integration

 1. Locate and click the link in your LMS Course for Inclusive Access - Textbook

 2. Select the Medical Terminology Text. When the Product Details appear on the right, scroll down to the section labeled COURSEWARE

3. Click COURSEWARE to reveal the Courseware (Medical Language Lab) Access Code

4. Copy the code to your Clipboard (you will be pasting this code next in step 5)

*NOTE* Please disregard the instructions below the Copy Code button covered by the red “null sign”. While you can follow them, it will be faster for you to proceed directly to the next step in these directions here below after copying your code.

 5. Return to your LMS Course Modules to find and click any link to a Medical Language Lab assignment to bring up the screen shown below.

5.  Paste your code in the “Enter Access Code” space and click REDEEM CODE.

*NOTE* Do not use the space on the right to purchase your materials. Rather, return to Blackboard and to step 1 in these instructions if you have not yet opted in via Inclusive Access.

6.  Return to your LMS course and click the link to Medical Language Lab, and the assignment will load in a new tab. Continue to use the links in your LMS Course to begin each Medical Language Lab assignment. An example assignment is shown below:

To begin working, click Details to reveal the Read, Watch, Critical Listening, Response, Pronounce, Practice, and Review exercises that are assigned for each chapter module. See our Exercise Types article for more information.

Note that you may access your eBook either from the RedShelf link you previously used to reveal the Medical Language Lab Access Code, or from the EBOOK links within Medical Language Lab.
